If you do not get enough sleep about 7 to 8 hours a night your body cannot rejuvenate. It needs to find a way to compensate for neurons not secreting the normal amounts of serotonin or dopamine they way it typically does is by craving sugary foods that will give you an immediate release of serotonin and dopamine .The lack of sleep throws off your entire system even increasing your appetite by increasing your levels of N.P.Y.
